Technology Skills Individual Progress Plan

I was shocked and a little sad about my score on the results from the Atomic Learning self assessment. I feel like since I am child of the technology era that I should be more computer saavy and proficient. I am NOT!

Five goals I would like to set for myself:

1. to be able to make a movie and use it in my classroom

2. to have better classroom management when teaching technology or using technology

3. to be able to create a podcast and use in my classroom

4. to be more effective and efficient with the technology tools provided to me by my district

5. to become more proficient with blogging and use it in my classroom

Through class discussions (message board) and class projects, I would like to see my technology skills improve and I would like to implement what I learn directly into my classroom. If I am learning how to do it, then I want my students to benefit from it.
